Have you heard of Houzz? It’s a fabulous online platform providing visitors with inspiration, advice, products, and professional reviews. We’re proud to share that Houzz recently announced its “Best of Houzz 2015” winners, and we’re one of them—for Customer Service!
The award, generated from an annual survey and community ratings from over 25 million monthly users, was given for a variety of factors, including the number and quality of client reviews. “We are honored to receive this award, as it indicates we are more than interior design; we are about a positive customer service experience as well,” states Karen Osborne, owner of Karen Renée Interior Design. “People are treated well and taken care of, and it means a lot to us to serve them this way.”
