Karen Osborne, CID, NCIDQ

Karen Osborne is the president of Karen Renee Interior Design, Inc. located in Severna Park, Maryland since 1992. Karen, a graduate of Bauder College majoring in Interior Design, served on the Maryland Chapter of the ASID (American Society of Interior Designers) Board of Directors in many different capacities over the years. She is Maryland State Certified and has also achieved certification through the National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ).

In addition to her numerous residential and commercial projects, Karen’s expertise is in model home merchandising with over twenty years of experience in this highly specialized area of design. Her gift of talent and intuitive nature allow Karen to partner with the home builder to showcase their communities and sell homes.

Stephanie Simmons, Interior Designer

Stephanie Simmons earned a BS in Textile Marketing from University of Maryland and an Associate’s degree in Interior Design from CCBC. An award-winning designer, Stephanie has over 20 years of experience designing model homes and private residences and has designed homes for some of the nation’s preeminent homebuilders, including Winchester, NV Homes, Mitchell & Best, K. Hovnanian, and Stanley Martin. 

Since starting at Karen Renee Interior Design in 2011, Stephanie has focused her talents on residential design and worked on both large and small projects, including many waterfront homes. She brings with her an extensive set of skills and prides herself on creating dynamic, smartly designed living spaces that beautifully reflect their owners’ personalities.

Sophie Honeywell, Interior Designer

Sophie Honeywell is an Interior Designer with a deep appreciation and passion for fine materials, architectural details, expert craftsmanship, color, texture and the ability to maximize a space’s optimum utility, function, flow and beauty.  She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Retail Merchandising/Management from Syracuse University and an Associate’s Degree in Interior Design from AACC.

Since she started working as a designer in 2014, she has acquired extensive experience on residential, commercial (international law firm’s office renovations) and senior living projects.  Her training and experience in luxury retail management taught her the skills to provide exceptional customer service which enhances her client relationships. She views her role as a designer as one to listen carefully and thoughtfully, and guide her clients through their selection process while providing her creative expertise.  Helping her clients to create a unique, special space that reflects their vision and personality is her greatest reward.

Kim Beauprie, Interior Designer

Kim earned her Bachelor in Fine Arts in Interior Design from the International Academy of Merchandising and Design in 2001.  She has focused on Model Home Merchandising and Multi-Family Design since 2012.  Kim loves starting the project from a 2D space plan and watching it come alive.  She lives in St Petersburg, FL and enjoys spending time with friends at the beach and riding her bike around town.
