Annapolis Home Magazine recently featured Karen Renee designer Stephanie Simmons and her take on a custom waterfront Mill Creek home sitting on a quarter-acre in Annapolis. Stephanie played to a more “transitional” – between traditional and modern – feel throughout the home, utilizing soft tones of blues and greys offset by white trim throughout to provide a serene respite.
